We would like to introduce a case study of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' used for a 12-story above-ground and 1-story below-ground office building made of reinforced concrete (RC). The design utilizes the irregular shape of the site, maintaining a 500mm setback, which directly translates into the building's floor plan. Structurally, it features two volumes that rise and connect in between, creating a cohesive structural plan. Additionally, columns are placed in the center of spans where there are no existing piles, and these columns are connected by cantilever beams, forming a three-dimensional framework with orthogonal columns and a moment-resisting frame.
