Higashiho is a manufacturer of extrusion and profile extrusion products. "Extrusion" is, as the term suggests, a technology for "shaping by extruding." Utilizing extrusion technology, we create products that can flexibly respond to various genres. "Post-foaming extrusion" involves solid materials that foam after extrusion when heat is applied later. Foaming ratios of up to 50 times and the ability to change the foaming start temperature (above 90°C) are possible. This technology is used for molding materials such as FRP and CFRP (as a substitute for air balloons), fillers, sealants, fire retardants, and more. *For more details, please download the catalog.

A method of extruding while coating with resin! Introducing insert and single-color extrusion molding.

We would like to introduce the processing technology of Katsuron Co., Ltd., "Extrusion Molding." Just like making minced meat at a butcher shop, resin (raw material) is fed into the cylinder from the entrance (hopper), and while being heated, the screw rotates to push the resin forward. As the resin is pushed, it melts and is kneaded, then extruded through the die to form a shape. 【Features】 ■ Single Color: Products are made using one extrusion machine. ■ Two Colors: Two extrusion machines are used to simultaneously extrude two different materials with varying hardness, colors, or performance through the die into a single product. ■ Insert: A core material is inserted from the back of the die, and while being coated with resin, it is extruded through the die. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
