[Laser Trivia] The Beginning of Lasers - Types of Lasers
The origin of the laser was invented by that "great inventor."
**The Beginning of Lasers** The research paper titled "Study of Induced Emission," conducted by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Einstein in the mid-1920s, is the origin of all lasers, including modern laser processing machines. In 1954, he invented and developed the "hydrogen maser," a device that emits microwaves, a type of radio wave, in a linear and powerful manner (a microwave amplification device using induced emission). In 1960, ruby crystals (the medium) were developed, leading to the successful development of a laser oscillator that emits light powerfully. The name "laser" is said to derive from "Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation." *For more details, please refer to external links or feel free to contact us.
