A thorough explanation of what LP gas, which has been attracting attention especially in the field of disaster response in recent years, is! We are currently offering a free basic knowledge document that includes examples of its use.

LP gas refers to liquefied petroleum gas, which means "liquefied petroleum gas." It mainly consists of propane and butane, with small amounts of propylene and butylene included. ■ A general term for gases that are relatively easy to liquefy, such as propane and butane ■ When the main component is propane, it is called propane gas; when it is butane, it is called butane gas. This document provides a thorough explanation of LP gas, which has recently gained attention particularly in the field of disaster response! We will introduce the three characteristics of LP gas, two features, and examples of its use during disasters. Please feel free to download and take a look. 【Contents】 ■ What is LP gas ■ Three characteristics of LP gas ■ Two features of LP gas ■ Examples of LP gas use during disasters *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

What are the two features that make LP gas a popular choice? [Basic knowledge materials are currently available!]

A thorough explanation of the two features that make LP gas a popular choice! We are currently offering a free basic knowledge document summarizing an overview of LP gas that can be understood in three minutes, along with case studies.

There are two main features behind the choice of LP gas. The first is its low carbon energy aspect. LP gas is a clean energy source with a relatively low carbon emission coefficient among fossil fuels. The second is its resilience to disasters. Being a decentralized energy source, it allows for quick recovery during disasters and has minimal fuel degradation, making it effective for disaster preparedness. This document provides an overview of LP gas, details about green LP gas, and information on the recovery status of lifelines during the Great East Japan Earthquake. Please feel free to download it. The First Step to Carbon Neutrality - What is Carbon Offset?

Introducing information about carbon neutrality in a column! What is the first step towards achieving carbon neutrality?

Currently, both companies and individuals are being asked to take action towards "carbon neutrality." One of the most widely adopted first steps towards carbon neutrality is "carbon offsetting." "Carbon offsetting" is the concept of compensating for the CO₂ emissions produced by activities such as afforestation and the introduction of renewable energy, effectively bringing the net emissions to zero. Compared to the complete zero emissions sought by decarbonization, it is characterized by being realistic and flexible in its approach. For example, even in situations where the use of gas or electricity is unavoidable, CO₂ emissions can be reduced through the introduction of energy-saving devices and the utilization of carbon credits. This is an on-site approach that balances "efforts to reduce" and "efforts not to emit." Carbon neutrality is the ultimate goal. However, before reaching that point, carbon offsetting is a means to address the global environment without halting business or daily life. Accumulating what can be done now, step by step, will pave the way to a sustainable future. Miraifu Co., Ltd. offers LP gas and electricity plans that support carbon neutrality. *For more details, please visit the linked website or feel free to contact us.*

Case study of introducing carbon-neutral LP gas: reduction from 31 tons to 0 tons.

Introducing case studies on carbon neutrality in a column! ~Case study at a roadside station~

We would like to introduce a case where the LP gas used for hot water supply and air conditioning at a roadside station (administrative) in Ibaraki Prefecture was switched to "Mirai Fu Carbon Neutral LP Gas." Annual usage: 4,589㎥ Annual CO₂ emissions (due to LP gas usage): 31.7t At this roadside station, 4,589㎥ of LP gas was used annually for hot water supply and air conditioning. The deciding factor for the introduction was the realization that it could be implemented without construction work or purchasing new equipment, while wanting to engage in decarbonization efforts. With this introduction, we successfully reduced the annual CO₂ emissions from 31.7t to virtually 0t. The introduction of Mirai Fu Carbon Neutral LP Gas is a practical and immediate measure as the first step towards decarbonization management. This energy, which can balance environmental consideration and supply stability, will become a strong option for sustainable corporate activities. As we ride the wave of decarbonization, a path is opening up to address environmental issues while using LP gas. Now is the time to consider the introduction of Mirai Fu Carbon Neutral LP Gas and take a step forward in your company's decarbonization strategy.
