To reduce early turnover of high school graduate new employees within their first year, we offer an educational and retention support program called 'ROOKIE'S CLUB' to assist new employees and HR personnel. We provide guidance through group training, maintenance during team training, individual interviews once every quarter, training reports, sharing of past case studies and understanding of challenges through study sessions among company representatives, and thorough growth assistance through rookie analysis using aptitude tests and stress checks.
