Natural rubber SVR RSS

Natural rubber RSS3 (standard grade), SVR3L (Vietnam premium grade) Always in stock, small quantity and fast delivery available.

Natural rubber is broadly classified into three categories. 1. Latex This is a milky liquid obtained by collecting the sap of rubber trees and adding ammonia (to prevent coagulation) to achieve a rubber concentration of about 60%. 2. RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheet) Acid is added to the latex to coagulate it, which is then shaped into sheets. After that, it undergoes smoking (curing and drying) treatment, and the sheets are stacked and pressed into rectangular bales. The standard weight of one bale is 111.11 kg. 3. TSR (Technically Specified Rubber) This is a high-grade material obtained by coagulating latex with acid, and intermediate materials that have naturally coagulated in collection cups are crushed and granulated, then washed with water and dried with hot air. After that, it is pressed into block-shaped bales. Technical grading is performed based on sample evaluation for each bale. The standard size for one bale is 33.33 kg or 35 kg.

XY14 Height Adjustment Inspection Jig

A multifunctional feed screw stage used for improving the height inspection jig.

We are inspecting the height of products processed by pressing using a laser sensor. Each time the product being inspected changes, it is necessary to adjust the height setting of the height adjustment fixture equipped with the laser sensor. The height setting of this fixture is determined by loosening two bolts and raising or lowering the plate to which the laser sensor is fixed, and finally tightening the two bolts to complete the process. XY15 LED Heat Generation Inspection Jig

Improvement of the LED heat generation inspection fixture using a 3-axis (X, Y, Z) stage.

We are inspecting the heat generation of LEDs using a thermal camera. The thermal camera mounted on a magnetic stand must be positioned directly above the work (LED substrate). The setup method involves supporting the thermal camera with one hand while loosening the knob with the other hand to determine the position. After that, slowly tighten the knob little by little to complete the setup. The reason for tightening the knob slowly is to prevent the set position from shifting.
