Are there any cases where troubles such as clouding occur when rubber is used in high-temperature environments?
When using rubber products in high-temperature environments, various components such as siloxanes, oils, sulfur, and ketones can outgas. Depending on the temperature environment and application of the product, it is necessary to design formulations that suppress outgassing or formulations that minimize the adverse effects of outgassing on the counterpart products. Our company accepts consultations regarding market complaints and material troubles related to customer products, and we develop and propose new formulations as countermeasures, ensuring the supply of safe and reliable rubber parts. Please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Do you have any of the following issues?】 ■ Transparent lenses have become cloudy like frosted glass. ■ Outgassed components adhered to the counterpart product when the temperature cooled, causing contact failure. ■ Outgassing has dissolved the counterpart product. ■ Outgassing has corroded metal. *We also accept online meetings. If you would like an explanation about rubber or have projects under consideration, please feel free to let us know. *For more details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
