SVR 1200-M Lubricating Oil Varnish Removal Filter

SVR 1200-M Lubricating Oil Varnish Removal Filter

The only proven device in the world that can safely solve the varnish problem in lubricating oil. In the past, electrostatic oil cleaning devices have been recommended as a measure to remove varnish from lubricating oil. While electrostatic oil cleaning seems effective, it eventually loses its ability to lower QSA and MPC values. The reason for this is that electrostatic oil cleaning devices only have the capability to remove insoluble substances, and they cannot eliminate the varnish that is extracted from the lubricating oil. What is certain about the varnish problem is that the oxidation byproducts of lubricating oil are varnish. The soluble contaminants, which are precursors to varnish, accumulate and cause chemical reactions, ultimately producing high molecular weight monomers and polymers, which extract varnish from the oil and lead to sludge deposition. The ICB technology built into EPT's SVR (Soluble Varnish Removal) system is an oil cleaning device that removes soluble contaminants before they turn into varnish.

Lubricating Oil Varnish Removal Filter "SVR 1200-M"

Operating the device is as simple as turning on the power! It solves all varnish problems in turbine bearing lubricants.

The "SVR 1200-M" is a device that can safely resolve varnish issues in lubricating oil. To remove soluble contaminants without affecting the additives in turbine oil, it uses ion exchange resin and EPT's ICB filter technology. This ICB technology is based on ICB products with 30 million operating hours of experience worldwide. According to the results of membrane patch colorimetric analysis tests (currently under ASTM standard proposal) or QSA tests, it can dramatically reduce varnish problems in large gas turbines within 1 to 2 weeks as a proven result. 【Features】 ■ Restores ISO (NAS) grade ■ Restores oil hue and clarity ■ Small installation footprint ■ Simple piping system ■ Low running costs ■ The device operates simply by turning on the power *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Oil removal filter

By simply passing the oil particles, which are dispersed and emulsified in the water as fine particles, through a filter, the tiny emulsified oil particles will be separated from the water!

The oil that has become an emulsion is a state of oil where oil particles have been refined due to ultrasonic waves or friction at sliding surfaces. Such oil cannot achieve a difference in specific gravity with water, resulting in an emulsion (emulsified) state without separating from water. The oil removal filter adsorbs tiny oil particles that are in an emulsion state onto the surface of the filter fibers. Tiny oil particles continuously adhere to the fiber surface, gradually increasing in size, and once they exceed a certain size, they detach from the fiber surface due to the force of the water flow and flow out to the secondary side of the filter. At this time, the oil particles that have flowed out are of a size greater than several micrometers in diameter, making them easily separable from water and resulting in floating oil particles. As a result, the oil particles that were in an emulsion state on the primary side of the filter are separated from water on the secondary side of the filter due to the difference in specific gravity with water.

High-concentration hydrogen sulfide treatment "Biological Desulfurization System"

Efficient removal of hydrogen sulfide using the power of microorganisms! Effective in reducing maintenance costs!

The "Biological Desulfurization Device" is a system that can remove hydrogen sulfide using the power of microorganisms. Microorganisms (sulfur-oxidizing bacteria) within the biological desulfurization tower convert high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide in biogas/digester gas into sulfuric acid, preventing the accumulation of sulfur inside the tower. It also achieves a hydrogen sulfide removal rate exceeding 90%. Furthermore, compared to conventional dry desulfurization and chemical washing methods, it can reduce maintenance costs by up to 80%. 【Features】 ■ The converted sulfuric acid can be used in neutralization processes in wastewater treatment. ■ Capable of handling high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide from hundreds to thousands of ppm. ■ Easy maintenance and management through automatic control operation. ■ Unique technology prevents sulfur precipitation inside the tower, enabling long-term stable operation and reduced maintenance. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Hydrogen sulfide removal filter "Corline" *Free rental available

Solve the problems of hydrogen sulfide! Iron oxide regenerates, so it lasts twice as long as crushed activated carbon.

"Coraline" is a desulfurization filter that removes hydrogen sulfide simply by passing gas through it. By adjusting the filter capacity according to airflow and application, it can be used in many locations. There are two types of systems: a "recirculating desulfurization system" that gradually lowers the concentration of hydrogen sulfide by passing the treated gas through the filter multiple times, and a "one-pass desulfurization system" that reduces the hydrogen sulfide concentration to the required level by passing the treated gas through the filter just once. We will propose equipment tailored to your needs. Please let us know your usage conditions. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Recirculating desulfurization system (for panels): PK-mini C ■ Recirculating desulfurization system (for rooms): F20L/F40L/F80L ■ Desulfurization system (general-purpose): GC-320 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Filter Application: Removal of Harmful Gases

For applications such as preventing corrosion of printed circuit boards (electronic circuit boards) caused by hydrogen sulfide!

We would like to introduce the applications of filters in the removal of harmful gases. Examples of target gases include corrosive gases such as ozone, NOx, hydrogen sulfide, and formaldehyde. Additionally, examples of potential applications include the removal of excess ozone in semiconductor manufacturing processes, the removal of ozone generated by ultraviolet (UV) lamps, ozone decomposition catalyst deodorization, and the denitrification of flue gas in coal-fired power plants. 【Examples of target gases】 ■ Ozone ■ NOx ■ Corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide ■ Formaldehyde *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
