[Example] Abnormal notification of machines without a network environment.
Early response to mechanical abnormalities can improve productivity.
We will introduce a case study of utilizing network monitoring indicator lights that can quickly notify of equipment abnormalities without the need for a PC. Although there were abnormal outputs from the machines, the lack of a network environment and the high cost of network construction meant that administrators had to conduct regular patrols. To address this, we introduced a stacked information indicator light. It was installed in a location with a network environment, and the mirroring function was used to notify relevant departments of machine abnormalities. This eliminated the need for regular patrols and improved productivity through early response to machine abnormalities. 【Overview】 ■ Conventional - Machine abnormalities could only be detected on-site, and constant monitoring was not possible, leading to decreased productivity due to machine stoppages. - Administrators conducted regular patrols. ■ Improvements - Machine abnormalities were transmitted using a wireless control unit and input to the stacked information indicator light. - The mirroring function of the stacked information indicator light notified relevant departments of machine abnormalities. - Regular patrols were eliminated, and early responses to machine abnormalities improved productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓
