We will introduce a case study of utilizing network monitoring indicator lights that can quickly notify of equipment abnormalities without the need for a PC. Although there were abnormal outputs from the machines, the lack of a network environment and the high cost of network construction meant that administrators had to conduct regular patrols. To address this, we introduced a stacked information indicator light. It was installed in a location with a network environment, and the mirroring function was used to notify relevant departments of machine abnormalities. There was no guideline for opening and closing doors, which sometimes led to them being left open during the transportation of goods or when multiple people were passing through. Since foreign object contamination can be a fatal incident for food factories, we implemented the layered information display light "LA6" as a countermeasure.
