Prevent the formation of scale inside the piping! We will reduce the causes of air conditioning equipment failures.

We would like to introduce a case study of nitrogen purging work for air conditioning and refrigerant piping using the high-pressure nitrogen-enriched gas generator 'HND-4640B' and the nitrogen gas generator for purging 'SLF-5000-1P'. When heating copper pipes during soldering work, scale can form on the pipes, so performing nitrogen purging can prevent the formation of that scale. By connecting a nitrogen gas generator that produces high concentration nitrogen gas from the low-pressure port (0.IIIPa) of this device, and using that high concentration (over 98%) nitrogen gas as purging gas during soldering work, we can prevent the formation of scale inside the piping and reduce the causes of equipment failure in air conditioning systems.
