This is a device that generates calibration gas used for the calibration work of gas detectors. It is compatible with NIST traceability.

Calibration gas is generated without using gas cylinders. It is ideal for calibrating gas detectors. Since gas cylinders are not required, the hassle of managing high-pressure gas cylinders is eliminated. The device is also compact and lightweight, making field calibration of gas detectors easier. If you replace the gas generation cell, it is possible to generate H2, CL2, CLO2, HCN, and H2S gases at your desired gas concentration. We can also accommodate CLO2 and HCN, which are difficult to procure with gas cylinders. If you adjust the desired gas concentration and generation flow rate, calibration gas will be generated.

[Example] Air Conditioning and Refrigerant Piping Nitrogen Purging Work

Prevent the formation of scale inside the piping! We will reduce the causes of air conditioning equipment failures.

We would like to introduce a case study of nitrogen purging work for air conditioning and refrigerant piping using the high-pressure nitrogen-enriched gas generator 'HND-4640B' and the nitrogen gas generator for purging 'SLF-5000-1P'. When heating copper pipes during soldering work, scale can form on the pipes, so performing nitrogen purging can prevent the formation of that scale. By connecting a nitrogen gas generator that produces high concentration nitrogen gas from the low-pressure port (0.IIIPa) of this device, and using that high concentration (over 98%) nitrogen gas as purging gas during soldering work, we can prevent the formation of scale inside the piping and reduce the causes of equipment failure in air conditioning systems.
