We, Adsorption Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., are engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sales of equipment that generates nitrogen and oxygen gases from air, as well as separation devices for special gases such as methane and hydrogen. Founded in January 2006 as a venture company originating from Nagasaki University, we became a group company of Futamura Chemical Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Nagoya) in January 2017.
Business Activities
Gas separation devices and gas generation devices using adsorption technology: design, manufacturing, and sales. 1) Gas Generation Devices PSA Nitrogen Gas Generation Device We propose a nitrogen gas generation device that uses special activated carbon (molecular sieve carbon) manufactured at the Futamura Chemical Tsurumi Plant. PSA Oxygen Gas Generation Device We propose a device that generates 90 vol% oxygen from air using zeolite. 2) Gas Separation Devices PSA Hydrogen Purification Device We propose a device that purifies hydrogen to over 99.9 vol% from gas reformed from methane gas and other sources. PSA Methane Purification Device We propose a PSA methane purification device that purifies methane from biogas generated in bioreactors at wastewater treatment plants and livestock farms. This device is the result of research and development obtained from projects such as NEDO's New Energy Venture Technology Innovation Program. Special PSA Devices For special gas compositions, we can conduct on-site tests and propose actual devices according to customer requests.
