[Case Study] PFA Lining that Maintains Non-Stick Properties Even at High Temperatures

Non-stick surface treatment for baked goods molds! We will propose suitable surface treatments based on our extensive track record.

We would like to introduce a case study of how we solved a customer's problem at a confectionery manufacturer. The company encountered an issue during the production of a new baked goods product. The dough was sticking to the mold, making it difficult to release it cleanly. Upon examining the molds manufactured by the oven manufacturer, we found that they were treated with PTFE. We then proposed a PFA coating, which has superior non-stick properties. As a result, they were surprised to learn that there are performance differences even among the same fluoropolymer coatings. The use of PFA-treated molds led to smooth production, and the new product was successfully launched.
