Wildlife survey using drones

Currently, we have accumulated approximately 5.7 times the results! We receive consultations from many municipalities and undertake various tasks.

Our company has been conducting wildlife habitat surveys and environmental assessments of communities using drones as part of measures to address agricultural damage across municipalities nationwide. Leveraging the extensive knowledge and experience gained from these efforts, we now receive consultations from many municipalities and undertake various projects. This is an introduction to ecological surveys utilizing drones. Damage to crops caused by wildlife has exceeded 20 billion yen annually. About 70% of this damage is attributed to deer, boars, and monkeys, leading to a decline in farming motivation and an increase in abandoned farmland. Therefore, we utilized the advantages of drones to conduct various surveys, including data acquisition through the use of thermal infrared cameras and aerial photography. Improving business efficiency! Introduction of the established inspection and diagnosis technology for bridges using drones.

This is an introduction to a case where inspection and diagnostic technology for bridges (social infrastructure structures) using drones has been established. The drone was positioned approximately 10 meters away from the bridge, focusing on the railing fixing bolts (indicated by the white circle), and images were captured at various magnifications. Equipped with a zoom camera, the drone demonstrated that it could obtain data comparable to close visual inspections without approaching the structure, thereby preventing damage or harm caused by collisions. We would like to introduce a case of 3D laser measurement conducted on a building scheduled for demolition. Due to the partial demolition of this project, it was challenging to consider the demolition plan, and the existing drawings were outdated. Therefore, utilizing point cloud data to understand the current state of columns and ceiling components for the consideration of the demolition plan and the installation of protective walls was a key issue.
