Redundant Non-Contact Absolute Linear Displacement Sensor GT Series

Redundant (redundancy) triple/twin sensor

The Temposonics G series includes models GT that are suitable for applications requiring enhanced reliability, such as power generation turbines, nuclear power, medical devices, emergency vehicles, sluice gates, and military uses. These models integrate sensing components, electrical circuits, power supplies, and interfaces into a single unit, with three units or two units independently incorporated into one sensor. In other words, they are triple/twin linear displacement sensors. This design ensures that if a failure occurs in one sensor, another independently operating sensor unit embedded in the same sensor guarantees continued functionality, significantly increasing reliability through redundancy.

Absolute Linear Displacement Sensor - For High-altitude Work

Safe and efficient

The dust of the Sahara Desert has settled, leaving behind an impressive evening sky. However, unfortunately, the windows are also dirty. Especially in high-rise buildings, cleaning large window panes becomes a significant challenge. To reach all glass-covered areas, the use of mobile lift equipment is essential. The main focus is on the safety of the workers and the precision of their movements. Reliable position measurement by Temposonics sensors enables controlled, efficient, and safe movements. Temposonics displacement sensors support the legal requirements for aerial work platforms and are resistant to shocks and vibrations that occur when moving such platforms.

[Liquid Level Gauge Case Study] Streamlining Tank Liquid Level Measurement Operations and Achieving Accurate Measurements

Reduced conventional measurement time by approximately 75%! A case where the liquid level was accurately measured without reacting to the foam.

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenges of improving the efficiency of tank liquid level measurement operations and achieving accurate measurements. In the fuel tank, bubbles formed on the liquid surface, and when measured with conventional scales, the height of the bubbles was also counted, resulting in overpayment for fuel costs. To solve this, we introduced the smart sounding scale "Honesty." It does not react to bubbles, allowing for accurate measurement of the liquid level, and it reduced the conventional measurement time by approximately 75%. [Overview] ■ Case Study: Marine Fuel Tank ■ Challenge: Improving the efficiency of tank liquid level measurement operations and achieving accurate measurements ■ Proposed Product: Smart Sounding Scale "Honesty" - The sensor at the tip of the measuring device does not react to bubbles, accurately capturing the actual liquid level. - There are already over 1,000 units delivered, installed on more than 500 vessels. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
