Non-contact absolute linear displacement sensor CS-H2/CM-H2
Temposonics Model CS-H2/CM-H2
Waterproof performance IP67, compact sensor, can also be used as a liquid level gauge.
The Temposonics C series is ultra-compact while maintaining the fundamental performance of Temposonics technology (magnetostrictive technology) with non-contact, high precision, and high durability. It is suitable for applications that require compactness and high performance, such as railway vehicles, automotive, medical devices, and joystick steering for boats. Additionally, it achieves low cost. It has gained attention as a linear displacement sensor alternative to LVDT and linear potentiometers and is adopted in a wide range of fields. The CS-H2/CM-H2 models come in a waterproof housing with an IP67 rating and can also be used as level sensors with a float.

Temposonics introduced a non-contact, high-precision, and cost-effective non-contact absolute sensor method using the magnetostrictive effect (Weidmann effect) for position measurement in the early 1970s, which had previously been dominated by incremental methods. As a leading company in magnetostrictive sensors, we are committed to improving accuracy as position sensors, engaging in research and development, and enhancing quality to meet the needs of the industry. Our sensors are increasingly being adopted not only as linear sensors to replace rotary encoders, linear encoders, and potentiometers but also in various industries such as hydraulics, pneumatics, water pressure, injection molding, welding, printing, textiles, construction machinery, wind power generation, metal processing, as well as disaster prevention sensors like landslide sensors and bridge sensors. Temposonics will continue to develop and strive day and night to serve as a leading company in industrial sensors.
