The "Classic" is the standard sampling valve from Keofitt. - It allows for cleaning of the wetted parts while the valve remains installed on tanks or piping. - Designed with a focus on cleanability and the discharge of internal residues, featuring electropolished internal surfaces and a machined structure without welded joints. - Utilizes PTFE sealing material (membrane), allowing for long-term use without the need for replacement against chemical and steam cleaning. - Capable of handling high viscosity and large particle sizes, up to 250,000 cP and particle sizes of 1 mm (suitable for use with pulp, honey, ketchup, yogurt). - Cleaning with chemicals such as alcohol can be done as an alternative to heat sterilization with a burner. - Opening and closing operations can be performed using air input. Demonstrations with rental units are available upon request.
