We would like to introduce our engine control device, the "Bypass Valve for EGR Cooler." This switching valve bypasses the EGR cooler to prevent excessive cooling of low-temperature EGR gas during engine startup and low-temperature conditions, thereby reducing the emissions of HC and CO. The "Leveling Valve" is produced for commercial vehicles (trucks and buses) and is a low-cost product. The internal air throttle diameter can be selected from φ0.8 to φ2.5.
