There were unusual noises during continuous operation due to repetition, but adding a bearing mechanism resolved the troubles and concerns!
We received a concern from a customer regarding a sound resembling metal rubbing coming from the inside of the rotary valve used in the batch production line. In response, we proposed the addition of a "bearing mechanism" to structurally enhance durability. Since the addition of the bearing mechanism, there has been no shaft wobble even during continuous operation, and the previously concerning abnormal noise has also disappeared. [Issues] ■ Abnormal noise has started to occur from the rotary valve that operates continuously in batch mode. → The batch process puts a significant load during the input phase, but the production method cannot be changed. → Since it is food, the use of cantilever rotary valves for internal cleaning cannot be changed either. → Is there a highly durable cantilever rotary valve available? *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
