The HBB series is a high control reliability hydraulic control valve in category 4, PL "e" (currently obtaining third-party certification).

Content of the scene After conducting a risk assessment of the machinery, the failure of the power control element (cylinder control valve) was deemed a significant risk. It is necessary to introduce products that correspond to the category/performance level that meets these high safety requirements. The introduced valve is a highly reliable, dual-channel redundant valve that ensures power (hydraulic) is reliably cut off even if the hydraulic cylinder control valve fails. In conjunction with the interlock, it cuts off the supply pressure and returns the power (hydraulic) of the moving mold to the tank, allowing the operator to safely perform mold changes.

Is it really safe because it has a double valve? It is safer than a single valve, but a double valve only has two valve bodies inside.

Scene content: Inside the double valve, two valve bodies are repeatedly opening and closing almost simultaneously. When the power to the valve is turned off and one side does not close (failure), the valve body on the functioning side closes, and the secondary side air is exhausted, causing the press to stop. However, the double valve can still operate if power is reapplied even when one side is in a failed state. Air leakage occurs from the valve's exhaust port, but this "failure indication" is difficult to notice.

Do you notice the malfunction? Valves without monitoring devices make it difficult to detect failures. If both valve bodies fail, the press will not stop...

Scene content As usual, the press operation was underway, but one side of the valve was already malfunctioning. The operator continued to operate without noticing the signs of one-sided failure (air leakage from the exhaust port)... When the power to the valve was turned OFF, both valve bodies failed, resulting in none of the valves closing, so the secondary side air could not be exhausted, and the press did not stop. The operator could face a "pinching accident."

Proposal for Reducing Compressed Air Consumption: "High-Durability Solenoid Valve for Pulse Blow"

Compressed air is one of the expensive forms of energy produced by operating a compressor. The majority of it is used in the air blow (cooling) process.

This is a poppet-type solenoid valve with high durability and high responsiveness. By rapidly turning the poppet solenoid valve ON/OFF, it is possible to intermittently blow air (cooling) and significantly reduce the amount of compressed air used. By accurately controlling the frequency (the number of ON/OFF cycles per second) and the duty ratio (the ratio of ON to OFF) electrically, it is possible to maintain sufficient blowing force required for the application while reducing compressed air consumption by more than 50%. Additionally, our poppet valves are not disposable. We sell internal component sets such as O-rings and pistons, so by replacing worn parts, you can continue to use the main unit. The size of the pulse blow valve is wide-ranging, with options available up to super large diameter (65A)!

[Example] A method for resolving cement material clogging, more effective than a blaster.

By bursting sequence-controlled compressed air at intervals of 10 to 15 seconds, the materials are lifted off the wall and stirred, completely solving the material clogging problem!

**Problem** In cement manufacturing, crushed stone is mixed with iron ore and fly ash and melted in a kiln at a high temperature of 2700 degrees. One of the by-products of this process is clinker. Clinker consists of gray, marble-sized balls that pass through a cooler, are crushed, and mixed with other materials to be used as a binder in cement. Clinker is sticky at high temperatures and prone to wear, making it easy to adhere to containers and chutes. Heidelberg Cement attempted to blast the blocks with two air blasters, but it was unsuccessful. To solve this problem, human intervention was still necessary.
