In a new construction project for an electrical equipment manufacturing factory, there is a 3-story steel frame building with a penthouse, featuring a large atrium on the second floor, as well as an atrium that extends from the first to the third floor for an automated warehouse. The building has a direct foundation. A commercial facility consisting of three independent buildings! The large roof side is set as a dummy layer, subordinating it to the main body for analysis.

We would like to introduce a case study of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' for a single-story commercial facility made of steel (S construction). All three buildings are planned as steel structures, adopting a pure moment-resisting frame to allow for flexibility and adaptability in the interior space. Building B is designed as an indoor play facility, featuring a large open space with a single span. We would like to introduce an example of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' for a 13-story hotel constructed with reinforced concrete (PRC). The second floor and above are planned with either two guest rooms per floor or one room, while the first floor is designed as an entrance hall with a space for light snacks, creating an open and spacious environment. This is a reconstruction plan for an elementary school building located along the Sai River in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, featuring an RC structure with a swimming pool on the roof in a heavy snowfall area. The U-shaped floor plan is designed to avoid the existing gymnasium and takes into account the impact of rain and snow on the building throughout the year in the Hokuriku climate. Proposal for seismic-resistant structure! The result is a frame structure, planned as a building with four columns.

We would like to introduce an example of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' used for a 10-story above-ground and 1-story underground office building made of steel. Due to the constraints of the site shape, the floor plan was designed with a main structure that bears seismic forces measuring 6.5m x 10.7m, with a staircase and other structures that do not bear seismic forces measuring 2.7m x 5.5m attached to it. This project involves a two-story steel structure with a gable roof, where the key design points are how to handle wind pressure on the large beams spanning both sides of the atrium and how to address buckling.
