We would like to introduce a case where Aizurobo Co., Ltd. implemented an "AGV Robot" in a plastic molding parts manufacturing company. The objectives of the implementation were threefold: "operation of processing machines during nights and weekends," "reduction of the workload for operators," and "efficiency in personnel allocation within the factory." After the implementation, multiple processing machines could be loaded and unloaded by a single AGV robot, allowing the manual material handling tasks to be delegated to the robot and enabling operators to shift to more suitable tasks.
