In the case of the Italian company Como, when attempting to incorporate robots into the next-generation machine Steriline, they faced the problem of not being able to find a robot that could be used permanently in an environment that meets Clean Class (ISO5) and uses HVP (hydrogen peroxide gas). As a solution, we integrated three of our "TX60 SteriClean Robots" into the new system to perform transport tasks. As a result, the number of parts in the equipment was significantly reduced, and cleaning and sterilization of the equipment became much easier. We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stäubli Robot TX2 Series." The production equipment manager at Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG had strong confidence and expectations regarding the concept of human-robot collaboration, but when it came to implementing the idea, it turned out to be more challenging than anticipated. At that time, they encountered our product at a trade show. The "TX2-90L" arm was selected, and a hand designed to grasp both spacers and trays was developed.
