By adopting a multi-row design for the rolling surface and using small-diameter rollers, the number of rollers has increased to about five times that of the conventional THK cross roller ring RU type (in the case of RW228). While maintaining compactness, rigidity and precision have improved, and torque reduction has also been achieved. Additionally, the inner and outer rings, which have a unified structure, are equipped with mounting holes, allowing for direct fixation to the equipment. ● Adoption of a unified structure for the inner and outer rings The inner and outer rings are designed as a unified structure, achieving high rigidity and high precision. ● Low torque By using small-diameter rollers, the friction coefficient is reduced, resulting in lower torque and lower temperature rise characteristics. ● Adoption of multi-row unidirectional rollers While maintaining almost the same dimensions as the conventional type, the number of raceway rows has doubled, enhancing rigidity.

O-ring "T Ring" that does not come off the groove: Musashi Oil Seal Industry Co., Ltd.

The T-ring's shape fits snugly into the groove, preventing O-rings and similar components from slipping out of the inner groove. Additionally, it does not twist due to its structure.

The O-ring is a packing/gasket that is installed in a groove and compressed against the contact surface to create a seal. When used as a general seal on the inner diameter side, in the case of small diameters, the shape is maintained due to the retaining force of the rubber, preventing it from falling out. However, in the case of large diameters or complex shapes, it can easily fall out due to a decrease in the retaining force of the rubber or due to contraction and rebound forces. The T-ring, born from these concerns, solves the issues of the O-ring by being designed to fit the mating surfaces. It also excels in wear resistance and pressure resistance. The T-ring is designed to be slightly larger than the groove, preventing it from falling out by being pressed in. Additionally, it has a specific orientation, which prevents twisting.
