Screw reinforcement with plastic resin material compatible with Helicoil (insert)!

Introducing a case where screws, a weakness of resin materials, were reinforced with helicoils (inserts)! We consider the characteristics of the material and strive to accommodate requests regarding tolerances and distortions as much as possible.

We would like to introduce a case where screws, which are a weakness of plastic resin materials, were reinforced with Helicoil (insert)! Although the strength decreases compared to Enzart, the price is relatively affordable, so we highly recommend Helicoil whenever possible. Additionally, work guides for industrial machinery related to the automotive industry often have relatively simple shapes, making them feasible to produce in a short lead time and at a low cost. ★Helpful Information MC Nylon (Monomer Cast Nylon) is commonly used in areas where mechanical strength (impact resistance) is required, and the material itself is readily available, making it versatile. ~About Us~ Due to our shift system, we can accommodate a large number of items. For items needed immediately after a holiday, we utilize Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays to ensure we can meet your requested delivery dates as much as possible. Since our establishment in 1978, we have specialized in processing plastic resins, so please feel free to consult with us! *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case study of machining Toray's heat-resistant plastic resin PEEK.

Introduction to a case of machining Toray's PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) with high heat resistance and chemical resistance using a lathe and milling machine!

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we handle machining of Toray's heat-resistant plastic resin PEEK. Super engineering plastics for the automotive-related industrial machinery often have complex shapes, but we strive to meet your requests as much as possible through machining. If there is a delay in clamping or positioning, we utilize both NC machining machines to address the issue. For mass production items, we enhance efficiency and respond to cost and short delivery times by effectively managing machine operating rates and adjusting shifts. =Helpful Information= PEEK is one of the super engineering plastics and is often used when current materials do not meet satisfaction. Due to its high heat resistance and chemical resistance, the material is also quite expensive. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Thomson punching processing of Nichias PTFE (Teflon) (for mass production)

We will manufacture and mass-produce Thomson-type PTFE (Teflon). Only thin plates are supported. We will undertake contract processing, taking into account the material characteristics such as tolerances and distortion.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture and mass-produce Thomson molds using PTFE (Teflon). While die-cut processing requires a Thomson mold and incurs mold costs, we strive to meet your requests regarding unit price and delivery time as much as possible. *Only applicable to thin plates. Due to processing conditions such as tapering, it may not be possible depending on the shape. ~Points~ For scientific and laboratory equipment, chemical resistance is often required, but the precision requirements are not very strict, so PTFE (Teflon) is commonly used. PTFE (Teflon, Naflon, Barufuron) is an excellent material for chemical resistance, but it has a large variation in dimensional tolerances, and care must be taken as dimensions can change simply by measuring with bare hands during inspection. Our company has shifted to a mass production system to accommodate items with high production volumes. *Unlike metals, plastic resin materials are generally arranged in standard lengths. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Machining of heat-resistant plastic resin, PEEK!

We will handle machining of heat-resistant plastic resin, PEEK. Due to the characteristics of the material, we will strive to meet your requirements for tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., we handle machining of heat-resistant plastic resin, PEEK, from material processing to all machining processes. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, insulators often require thin-walled machining, which can be challenging, and materials that can withstand electrolytes are selected. PEEK is one of the super engineering plastics and is often used when current materials do not meet satisfaction, primarily due to its high heat resistance and chemical resistance, as well as its high functionality, which results in a significantly high price. Using machining (Mori Seiki) and NC lathe processing (Okuma), if there is a delay in clamping or positioning, we utilize both NC machines for processing. By having a "rich inventory" of materials, we can respond even when material manufacturers are unable to ship. Surprisingly, we often find that the difficulty in handling, which does not show up in numbers, can be reduced through inspections, allowing us to meet your requests effectively. In recent years, while users' interest in plastic resins has increased, there seems to be a gap in knowledge, and we strive to bridge that gap.

Dimensional changes of plastic resin due to temperature differences

Dimensional changes of plastic resin due to temperature differences! Excuses for precision - Dimensional changes of plastic resin due to temperature in a video!

We are a company specializing in plastic resins. We primarily engage in machining by skillfully using general-purpose lathes, milling machines, NC lathes, and machining centers to cut round and sheet materials from raw stock. In cutting processes, we handle a wide range of tasks including three-dimensional machining and complex lathe processing using CAD/CAM, as well as engraving and gear production. In thermal processing, we perform welding and bending, and in manual processing, we offer polishing (buffing), adhesion, and assembly. Additionally, we also handle secondary processing of molded products, as well as processing of rubber, metal, non-ferrous materials, felt, and insulation boards. Before delivery, we conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, block gauges, screw gauges, image dimension measuring instruments, three-dimensional measuring machines, and jigs to measure and cross-check the items against the drawings. We pay close attention to dimension changes due to temperature differences, expansion due to water absorption, and distortions or warping related to shape and material, striving to meet your requests as much as possible. We hope you will first get to know our company and gain a deeper understanding of our current operations. We will be distributing videos through YouTube that contribute to the development of manufacturing, so we appreciate your support. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

We will add processing to the plastic resin (PA) roller with bearings.

We will add bearings to the plastic resin (PA) rollers. Due to the characteristics of the material, we will strive to meet your requirements for tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., we will perform additional processing on plastic resin (PA) rollers with bearings. We will manufacture jigs to meet your desired specifications. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, rollers often have relatively simple shapes, and those with cutouts tend to be more expensive. In cases of additional processing, jigs are often required. We will carry out additional processing based on the specified manufacturer and model, rather than from molded products. We also accommodate additional processing for other products and can handle everything from parts procurement after processing to assembly. NC lathe processing (Okuma) often involves processing R shapes that are not standard products in small lots through NC processing, and unlike general-purpose machines, there are no tool costs involved. We will flexibly accommodate your company's payment terms, direct shipping, and custom-made products based on actual items. By responding quickly to issues such as unpreventable order omissions and jig damage, we aim to minimize risks and get closer to your requests. In recent years, user demands have diversified, and we are committed to making efforts to keep up with them, so we appreciate your guidance and support. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
