PEEK is one of the super engineering plastics and is often used when current materials do not meet satisfaction, primarily due to its high heat resistance and chemical resistance, as well as its high functionality, which results in a significantly high price. Using machining (Mori Seiki) and NC lathe processing (Okuma), if there is a delay in clamping or positioning, we utilize both NC machines for processing. Surprisingly, we often find that the difficulty in handling, which does not show up in numbers, can be reduced through inspections, allowing us to meet your requests effectively.
