We received a request from a customer stating, "When we received the pump manufactured by Ebara Corporation that we purchased recently, we rearranged the existing pumps and installed the new pump ourselves, but we are experiencing vibrations and would like to improve this urgently."
To determine whether we can conduct maintenance promptly, we first called the contractor to explain the pump's manufacturer, model, serial number, the symptoms occurring, and the installation conditions, in order to identify the cause of the malfunction and the defective parts.
After confirming that maintenance could be scheduled for the weekend, we provided a cost estimate and proceeded with the replacement of the coupling and coupling bolts.
