[Case Study] Cost Reduction and Complaint Reduction: "Suction Pump"
During operation, kerosene is supplied. When stopped, the kerosene is halted regardless of how high the tank is positioned. This contradictory challenge was solved with a single pump.
★Issues 1. In the case of a plus head, there is a possibility of complaints arising from kerosene leaks and floor damage due to debris entrapment. 2. To accommodate various tank heights and achieve stable combustion, an expensive constant oil level device is required. ★Approach to Solve Issues 1. Development of a structure where the higher the tank position, the greater the valve effect. 2. Application of combustion pump technology for a quiet design. ★Results 1. The incorporation of an electromagnetic valve function eliminated the need for a constant oil level device, achieving significant cost reduction. 2. Due to the excellent valve structure, there are no complaints regarding kerosene leaks. 3. Despite adding a pump due to the quiet design, a level was achieved where the operation goes unnoticed.
