[Example] Tagless Pad Printing

We would like to introduce a case where tagless pad printing was adopted and handled by our company!

We would like to introduce a case study of tagless adoption by Takes. The company has adopted "Takefu," a material made from 100% bamboo, as the main material, while also developing a lightweight, shape-retaining fabric blended with organic cotton. This time, they have adopted "tagless pad printing," which we have handled for them. The printing is so subtle that it is barely noticeable to the touch, providing an overwhelming comfort while preserving the product's inherent value, and it has also passed 50 industrial washing tests. [Case Overview] ■ Implementing Company: Takes ■ Implemented Service: Tagless Pad Printing *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Ultra-small printing on titanium ear picks

What I used was pad printing! I was able to print in any font size!

Here is an example of ultra-small printing on a titanium ear pick. We printed the text "Beat Covid 19" in 1pt, 2pt, and 3pt sizes, and we were able to print in any font size. Please note that because the text is extremely small, the characters themselves and the cut-out portions are prone to distortion. If you have a request to print text that is so small it is nearly unreadable, please feel free to consult with us. [Case Overview] ■ Printed Item: Titanium Ear Pick ■ Printing Method: Pad Printing ■ Result: Printed the text "Beat Covid 19" in 1pt, 2pt, and 3pt sizes, and was able to print in any font size. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Full Circle Printing on Wooden Rings

A challenge to "shape limitations"! Printing is possible not only on wood but also on resin and metal.

Printing on a typical donut shape is generally limited to "printing on the top surface" when using pad printing. However, by innovating with materials (such as those that serve the role of a stamp), we attempted to print "around the entire circumference." In the first process, we printed half, and in the second process, we printed the remaining half. We were able to print a full 360 degrees around the ring shape in two processes. As seen in the sample, if the pattern is such that the seams are hard to notice and the stretch is not concerning, it can be effective. 【Case Summary】 ■ Printed Item: Wooden Ring ■ Printing Method: Pad Printing ■ Result: We were able to print a full 360 degrees around the ring shape in two processes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Habiris Japan, General Incorporated Association

A case of logo printing on synthetic rubber, a difficult-to-adhere material, for sports prosthetic hands and fingertips.

We empathize with the thoughts and activities of Habiris Japan, which develops and rents sports prosthetics and hand tools, and we have decided to cooperate with them through printing. Since rubber is more difficult to adhere to compared to resin, we printed on areas less prone to friction during use, and also selected several materials for products that have a shape with protrusions in the center, conducting prototypes. As a result, we achieved beautiful printing, and the teacher in charge was very pleased with it. We hope that through our printing, children will think it looks "cool" or "cute." 【Case Summary】 ■Printed Item: Rubber Sports Prosthetic Hand Tool ■Printing Method: Pad Printing ■Result: Achieved beautiful printing, and the teacher in charge was very pleased. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Rubber Ball

Selecting the right ink is very important! Here are examples of printing on materials that are difficult to adhere to.

We would like to introduce a case study of our rubber balls for dogs that have been printed. Rubber is difficult to ensure adhesion compared to plastic and metal, making the selection of ink very important. Additionally, materials such as silicone and rubber are also considered difficult to adhere to. For materials that are known to have adhesion challenges, we always request that a prototype be created for prior confirmation. 【Case Overview】 ■Product: Rubber ball for dogs ■Content: Pad printing *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Talk #4] What is Screen Printing?

Water-based, oil-based, solvent-based, UV-curable inks, etc. are available! Various expressions are possible!

Screen printing, also known as silk screen printing, is a type of stencil printing. It involves creating holes (pores) in a mesh plate, called a mesh, through which ink is pushed out using a tool known as a squeegee. Currently, materials such as polyester and stainless steel are used for the mesh part, but the technique was originally named silk screen printing because silk was used in the early days of screen printing. In this blog, we introduce the features of screen printing, the materials that can be used, and various decorative expressions. We invite you to read on. [Content] ■ What is screen printing? ■ Features of screen printing ■ Materials that can be used for screen printing ■ Various decorative expressions ■ Examples of products that use screen printing ■ Items needed for printing *For more detailed content of the blog, please refer to the related links. [Printing Example] [Bonus] Stainless Steel and Wooden Balls: Full-Color Printing

I wondered if there would be differences with materials other than glass, so I printed on two different types of materials!

Last time, we did a 360-degree pad printing on glass beads in two processes, but since they are transparent, we received feedback that they are hard to see. Since we have successfully achieved full surface printing, I would like to show you clear photos. Also, I wondered if there would be any differences with materials other than glass, so I printed on two different types of materials. There are limitations based on size and design, but if you are interested, please feel free to contact us. [Case Overview] ■ Stainless Steel - Like glass, metal cannot be pressed too hard because the pad slips and the design smudges. - There are some slight pinholes, but the design stands out beautifully against the unique gloss of the metal. ■ Wood - Wood has a textured surface, allowing for stronger pressing of the pad. - The design comes out beautifully. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Small Lot Printing on Drink Cups

The print quantity is from 1,000 pieces! It is possible to print on sleeves, coasters, and food containers as well.

To differentiate from other stores, drink cups are an important branding item. While stickers can be done, we would prefer to print if possible. However, due to the large lot size, we might have to give up on printing... In response to such customers, we offer small lot printing. The minimum print quantity is generally from 1,000 pieces, with one-point, one color. We use a printing method that excels at printing on uneven surfaces, allowing for personalization on embossed materials as well. Additionally, we can print not only on drink cups but also on sleeves, coasters, and food containers, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Features】 ■ Minimum print quantity is generally from 1,000 pieces, one-point, one color ■ We use a printing method that excels at printing on uneven surfaces ■ Personalization is possible on embossed materials ■ If it is difficult for customers to arrange cups, we can assist with that as well (generally, we ask customers to arrange the cups themselves) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
