What I used was pad printing! I was able to print in any font size!
Here is an example of ultra-small printing on a titanium ear pick. We printed the text "Beat Covid 19" in 1pt, 2pt, and 3pt sizes, and we were able to print in any font size. Please note that because the text is extremely small, the characters themselves and the cut-out portions are prone to distortion. If you have a request to print text that is so small it is nearly unreadable, please feel free to consult with us.
