Our "Underfloor Heating Panel" features a 0.4mm thick aluminum plate for the heat dissipation plate, which enhances the horizontal heat transfer due to its thickness. It is bent to conform to the shape of the pipes, increasing the contact area with the pipes, allowing the hot water's heat to efficiently transfer to the heat dissipation plate. Since it is a pipe separation type, it can be cut to the required length and shape, accommodating room shapes that cannot be constructed with integrated pipes. Additionally, we aim to bring the installation rate of the underfloor heating panels as close to 100% as possible. By increasing the heat dissipation area, it is possible to lower the temperature of the hot water accordingly. As a basic rule for installation, in the case of resin pipes, the piping is done without connections from the supply header to the return header.
