Adding convenience in various situations, from residential to medical and childcare facilities Background of Development In recent years, the use of magnetic storage has been expanding in residential spaces to make effective use of limited areas. Walls, which have often become dead space, can now be utilized as storage areas, improving the usability of living spaces. The ease of removal and the ability to freely change layouts according to purpose or mood have garnered support. Additionally, in non-residential settings such as medical and welfare facilities and childcare centers, there is a growing demand to secure displays without using push pins or tape, for reasons of safety and aesthetics. To meet these needs, we have newly developed "Magfino," which adds the convenience of magnetic compatibility to melamine fire-retardant decorative panels that excel in design, durability, and workability. We will offer three patterns that replicate the texture of materials, including marble and concrete, and they will be released on November 21. They are resistant to scratches and stains, making them easy to maintain and suitable for various situations, whether residential or non-residential.

The "Stone Art" series, praised for its heavy and rich texture, has been enhanced with high weather resistance and crack resistance. Background of Development Since the launch of our architectural finishing paint "Joli Pat" in 1975, our company has built a reputation and track record as a pioneer in wall coatings for over 50 years. The high-end decorative paint "Climateria" is a premium brand that pursues materiality and luxury. Currently, we offer seven series, including "Mortal Art," which achieves a mortar-like texture, expanding its applications beyond walls to fixtures, furniture, and countertop surfaces. Among them, "Stone Art," which uses natural stone, has been well-received for its heavy yet delicate texture, and since its release in 2019, it has seen increasing adoption as exterior material for residential complexes and commercial facilities. As designs incorporating natural textures become a trend, we have developed the high-performance version "Stone Art Neo∞" to allow for broader usage. This utilizes the technology of "Joli Pat Neo∞," which has received high acclaim in the Joli Pat series. It features high weather resistance that minimizes fading even after exposure to the equivalent of 30 years of ultraviolet light, and crack resistance that suppresses cracking by following the movement and deformation of the substrate.

AICA Awards Presented to Three Creative Works Utilizing AICA Products The "TECTURE AWARD" is a space design award focused on the architecture and interior design industry, hosted by tecture Inc., which operates the building materials and furniture search service "TECTURE." Established in 2024 with the concept of an "open award," it employs a public voting system to widely promote the interest in architecture and interior design among both professionals and the general public. In conjunction with the "TECTURE AWARD 2025," our company will participate as a gold sponsor. We will present sponsor awards (AICA Awards, each with a prize of 100,000 yen) to three works that have utilized our products.
