Water-based strong rust converter for lighting pole repair "Select Coat N300"
No need to differentiate between red rust and non-ferrous materials. A new standard for lighting pole repairs.
This is a water-based rust converter that enables simple repairs and rust prevention for metal structures such as streetlight poles and other poles. It chemically stabilizes red rust (turning it into a black coating) and reduces excessive scraping work, achieving both labor savings and improved durability. It exhibits excellent adhesion even to non-ferrous metals, such as zinc and aluminum, which are generally considered difficult to paint. Its performance has been confirmed by tests conducted by the Japan Paint Inspection Association. Additionally, the effectiveness and durability regarding red rust on iron parts have been verified through demonstration tests by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. After neutralizing the red rust, it is protected with a silicone acrylic resin coating, and the non-corroded and non-ferrous metal parts can also be treated with the same specifications. This eliminates the need for different types of paint, contributing to simplified material management, streamlined processes, and reduced maintenance costs. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Repair of rust on lighting poles and arm sections, as well as non-corroded areas - Rust prevention treatment for signposts and pipe poles (including non-ferrous parts) - Longevity measures for iron outdoor lights and decorative metal fittings - Support for both localized and comprehensive repairs 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Neutralization of red rust and suppression of re-corrosion - Reduced risk of peeling due to high adhesion to non-ferrous metal parts - Simplification of construction through unified specifications - Shortened construction period and reduced maintenance costs
