Measures are needed to address the heat in the raw material manufacturing warehouse. The heat from the west sun through the shutter affects the indoor environment, so I want to find a way to mitigate this.
In indoor work during the summer, measures against heatstroke and heat insulation are necessary.
This time, we received a consultation from a customer who develops and processes polymer functional products, seeking to implement heat countermeasures in their manufacturing warehouse.
【Problem】
Last year, we installed heat insulation sheets on similar shutters at the same factory, and we were considering a similar proposal this time. However, due to the shutters being of the roll-up box type and needing to be opened and closed several times a year, installation of sheets was not feasible.
【Process Leading to Implementation】
When rust is observed on the shutters, we use paint specifically designed for rust prevention. However, since no rust was found this time, we selected a revolutionary paint that "eliminates heat" rather than just "insulating against heat."
【Construction】
The shutters were painted on weekdays, and we took great care in preparing the surface to ensure a clean application. We applied three coats: rust prevention, primer, and topcoat.
