Are you having trouble with fastening resin? When tightened with high torque, the resin can crack. It can spin, making it impossible to apply high torque, and the screw may come loose. We have a series of screws for resin that can solve these issues. Thanks to the special octagonal shape, the spinning torque is 1.8 times that of knurled products (31.0 Nm). The pull-out strength is 1.2 times greater (2713 N) (resin material: PP). This series of screws for resin allows for high torque tightening without damaging the resin. We offer both simultaneous molding and post-filling types, as well as nuts and bolts. Being made of steel, they are more cost-effective compared to brass materials. Not only is the material price itself low, but the ease of obtaining the material and compliance with RoHS directives are also not an issue. We have received numerous inquiries from customers facing difficulties with the availability and rising prices of brass materials. The "Chuck Nut" is a post-installed nut that can be tightened with a standard nut without processing the deformed rebar. Traditionally, to fasten deformed rebar with separate components, it was common to thread the rebar and tighten it with a nut. This product features a metal component shaped like a semicylinder (a cylinder split vertically in half) with evenly spaced protrusions on the inner circumference and threads on the outer circumference.
