[System Development Achievements] Human Resource Matching System

An example of a matching site that connects Japanese companies looking to hire talent with overseas engineers who want to work in Japanese companies!

We would like to introduce a case study requested by Willtech Co., Ltd., a major IT staffing company. The company's requirement was to build a matching system for overseas engineers who want to work in Japan and domestic Japanese companies facing a shortage of human resources. We proposed a contract-based model that makes it easier to understand development costs according to the client's requests and project status. By matching information between overseas engineers and domestic Japanese companies, we were able to significantly contribute to meeting the challenges and needs of both parties. [Client's Challenges] - There is no matching system for overseas engineers and domestic Japanese companies, resulting in fewer opportunities for overseas engineers to work in Japan. - Domestic Japanese companies continue to face a shortage of talent but are unable to hire quality engineers. *For more details on the case study, please refer to the related link. Decarbonization: History matching incorporating 4D seismic data

Promising as a monitoring technology! Introducing our 4D seismic exploration data survey.

To understand the distribution of injected CO2 within the reservoir, 4D seismic surveys conducted with tools like slipmeters are promising as monitoring technology. History matching of reservoir models incorporating 4D seismic data has been carried out since the late 1990s and remains a focus of attention today. When quantitatively comparing seismic data with reservoir simulation results, the large volume of data necessitates the use of automated history matching methods. In setting the objective function for automated history matching, it is essential to compare seismic data and reservoir simulation results on the same level, which requires data transformation using Rock Physics Models (RPM) or seismic models. Based on the above, JOE is investigating and examining the following items primarily through literature review: [Investigation and Examination Items] ■ Methods for creating proxy models and automated history matching using them ■ Workflow for formulating mismatches between seismic data and reservoir simulation results as an objective function ■ Examination and comparison of various workflows for history matching, including differences in automated history matching methods ■ Investigation and examination of various optimization methods
