Eco artificial firewood made from compressed wood chips *Samples available.

Eco artificial firewood "Briquette" made from sawdust. Achieves low moisture content, high combustion temperature, and long burning time as an alternative fuel to firewood!

Only the sawdust generated during the manufacturing of flooring materials in our own workshop is compressed for production. Compared to firewood, it has a lower moisture content, higher combustion temperature, and longer burning time, and can be easily split into smaller pieces. ~ Performance of the briquette manufacturing machine and the innovation of the products it produces ~ Elements we pursued: - It is necessary to compact the material under high pressure to reduce volume, lower transportation and storage costs, and prevent pest infestations. - It should be able to produce continuously and in a short time. - The shape should be consistent, taking into account packaging, transportation, and management of sales destinations. - The machine itself should be compact. 【Manufacturing Equipment】 Italian briquette manufacturing machine OL.D201M ☆ Performance ☆ ■ The briquettes produced by our company have a specific gravity of 1.2 due to being compacted at 200 bar (atmospheric pressure), which is outstanding compared to briquettes made by Japanese and Chinese machines, which have a specific gravity of 0.6 to 0.8. ■ Continuous production capacity of 70 to 90 kg. *For combustion test data and details, please download the PDF and take a look.*

[Seminar] Latest Trends in SAF Manufacturing Technology and Projects

Liquefaction of biomass, FT synthesis from syngas, CO2 and renewable energy electrolysis hydrogen.

Our company will hold a seminar on "Latest Trends in SAF Manufacturing Technology and Projects." Electrification of aircraft is challenging. Hydrogenated vegetable oils (HVO) are being produced globally, but due to environmental issues, waste cooking oil as a raw material is gaining attention, although it is quantitatively insufficient. In the United States, the production of SAF from bioethanol (ETJ) has begun. Furthermore, the liquefaction of biomass and the production of SAF from syngas generated through gasification of biomass and municipal waste via FT synthesis have also started. Additionally, many projects for SAF production from CO2 in the atmosphere and renewable energy-derived electrolytic hydrogen are being launched. This seminar will provide a detailed explanation of these backgrounds and technologies. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: July 23, 2024 (Tuesday) 13:30 - 15:30 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Venue: JPI Conference Square ■ Address: 5-2-32 Minamiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kowa Hiroo Building ■ Participation Method: In-person, live streaming, archived streaming ■ Speaker: Takaki Muroi Representative, ICLabo (Industrial Catalysts Laboratory) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Seminar] Decarbonization Liquid Fuel Supply Chain Technology Development / Business Trends

~A Thorough Comparison of Biofuels and Synthetic Fuels~

Our company will hold a seminar on "Trends in Technology Development and Commercialization of Decarbonized Liquid Fuel Supply Chains." The implementation of decarbonized liquid fuels in hard-to-abate industries, where reducing CO2 emissions is challenging, has become essential for achieving carbon neutrality (CN). As a practical response, there is growing expectation for biofuels derived from fats and non-food biomass, as well as synthetic fuels (e-Fuels) made from clean hydrogen and captured CO2. This presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of the entire supply chain, thoroughly comparing both fuels that are challenging decarbonization while ensuring stable supply and economic viability, and detailing the current situation and future developments. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: October 29, 2024 (Tuesday) 13:30 - 16:00 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Venue: JPI Conference Square ■ Address: 5-2-32 Minamiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kowa Hiroo Building ■ Participation Method: In-person, live streaming, archived streaming ■ Speaker: Mr. Yasuo Hosono, Technical Advisor, Frontier Business Headquarters, Chiyoda Corporation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

What are the benefits of efforts towards carbon neutrality? Reasons to put it into practice.

Introducing information about carbon neutrality in a column! What are the reasons to practice carbon neutrality?

Are you thinking that efforts towards carbon neutrality are costly? There are clear benefits for companies that are currently working towards carbon neutrality. First, it enhances trust from business partners and customers. In today's environment, where environmental considerations are demanded throughout the supply chain, a commitment to reducing CO₂ emissions is a crucial indicator for becoming a preferred company. Second, it helps in controlling energy costs. Switching to LED lighting and high-efficiency air conditioning, as well as introducing energy-saving equipment, can lead to cost reductions in the long term. Third, it increases corporate value. In the context of SDGs and ESG investments, efforts towards decarbonization enhance brand image and positively influence talent acquisition and stakeholders. For example, by switching to a carbon-neutral gas and electricity plan, you can immediately achieve "net-zero CO₂ emissions." Now is the time to take a step towards balancing the trust and results of being an "environmentally conscious company." At Mirai-F, we offer proposals to help our customers achieve energy decarbonization. For more details, please check the link or feel free to contact us.
