Capacity-constrained transportation routing problem
Introduction to the problem of the transportation route with the addition of load limits for each vehicle.
In this tutorial, we will address a type of Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) known as the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem. The Vehicle Routing Problem is a delivery route decision-making problem aimed at efficiently delivering goods from a distribution center to multiple cities. Specifically, it involves determining the assignment of delivery vehicles to cities and the order of visits to the cities in such a way that the total distance traveled by the delivery vehicles or the total cost is minimized. The Vehicle Routing Problem can also be interpreted as a generalization of the Traveling Salesman Problem. 【Specific Applications】 ■ Formulating efficient delivery plans in the transportation industry, such as postal services ■ Determining the order of visits for garbage collection and road cleaning *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
