Introducing examples of cases where our masking technology met the required specifications.

We would like to introduce a case study of a trial for nylon coating as a surface treatment method for a medical device manufacturer specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Most of the vaginal speculums currently in use are made of stainless steel, which has the disadvantage of being "cold" as it directly touches the mucous membrane. We proposed a masking technique that allows for assembly and positioning without stress for the patient, and conducted several trial prototypes. As a result, a product that satisfied the manufacturer was completed. Nylon coating is a surface treatment method that involves immersing a component heated to over 200 degrees into nylon powder (in powdered form) to form a coating film.

When the heated component is dipped into the powder tank, the powder melts due to the heat, resulting in a state similar to chocolate bananas sold at stalls. After a few minutes, when the heat cools down, the coating hardens and is complete.
