The antistatic agent blended into the film reacts with moisture, causing it to surface (bleed out) and form a conductive layer that dissipates static electricity from the film's surface. Our HL series is based on metallocene linear low-density polyethylene rather than conventional polyethylene, offering excellent tensile strength, elongation, puncture strength, and seal strength. It is primarily used as packaging material during the transportation of precision electrical components to reduce static electricity issues (such as damage or malfunction). It is also effective as a dust cover during the shipment and maintenance of precision machinery.

Typically, gussets are added to the bottom of the bag, but in this case, we will introduce an example where the gusset is placed at the top. The customer's requests were as follows: 1. Make it easier to insert angular, thick products. 2. Showcase the thickness of the product effectively. 3. Improve the fit between the product and the bag, enhance the first impression, and increase the product's value. To fulfill these requests, we added a gusset at the top, which gives the bag a three-dimensional feel and allows for accommodating angular, thick items while maintaining the shape of the product. With this approach, we were able to propose a bag that meets the customer's requirements. We addressed the weaknesses of the laminate processing by reinforcing the sides with seal support.

The lamination process involves bonding OPP film and CPP film together. It is common to use OPP film, which has good ink adhesion and high moisture resistance on the outside, and CPP film, which has high heat sealability and abrasion resistance on the inside. This time, the customer requested OPCP laminated bags. However, we heard that when they previously had bags made, the seal strength was weak, and the sides of the bag's opening were very prone to tearing. The reason for this is that during the lamination process, the tension applied by the machine when bonding the films and the way the adhesive adheres can create slight differences in adhesion at different locations. As a result, when the film is placed on the bag-making machine, the edges can open up, leading to issues with proper sealing on the sides. To address this problem, we utilized a "reinforcement seal." When applying the reinforcement seal, we took care to: - Ensure that the temperature is not too high to avoid deforming the bag. - Minimize any residual marks from the reinforcement on the bag. To consider these two points, we made sure to manage the temperature during the process. The issue was successfully resolved, and the customer was satisfied!

This time, we would like to introduce a bag-making case for a customer who requested notch processing. The shape of the notch that we can handle is the hexagonal notch. The overall size is 3mm in height and 6mm in width, and the width of the notch to be processed will be adjusted as needed for the bag. (There may be slight variations in width depending on the product.) Additionally, you can specify the processing position. Furthermore, this customer was very concerned about whether the bag would wrinkle when sealed using heat during the filling process. With standard films, wrinkles tend to form easily, and the degree of wrinkling can vary depending on the temperature of the heat applied. Therefore, we proposed the use of single-sided heat seal film. This film allows for bonding at lower temperatures compared to standard films, which helps reduce wrinkles compared to heat treatment at higher temperatures. While it is difficult to completely eliminate wrinkles due to temperature-related factors, the customer was satisfied with the results.
