It is a recommended service that allows customers to actually hold the product and check its size and texture for themselves.

The paid sample service is a service you can use when you want to know what the actual finished bag will look like or how it will feel when the product is placed inside. The cost for the base material is a flat rate of 30,000 yen (excluding tax), and the processing fee is a flat rate of 15,000 yen (excluding tax). This includes a maximum of three size change services and a proposal service for bags that fit the products to be placed inside. If you place a formal order after using the paid sample service, there will generally be no charge for the base material. *Please note that additional charges for the base material may apply depending on the order quantity. *If printing or lamination is required, additional fees will apply. *The storage period for the base material is one year. Here is a case study for Kyoto T. Large-sized aluminum vapor-deposited films are very prone to wrinkling, and when side seal processing is performed, the conditions become even more likely to cause wrinkles. However, there was a request to somehow create bags without wrinkles. Even with similar machines, it is possible to reduce wrinkling by changing the way they are used. Additionally, the condition of the film also affects the outcome, so by being careful from the earlier stages of the process, we were able to finish the bags without wrinkles. We proposed a bag that does not lower the product value by creatively adjusting the position of the handle.

When manufacturing OPP bags, gussets are added to accommodate thicker products. Typically, gussets are added to the bottom of the bag, but in this case, we will introduce an example where the gusset is placed at the top. The customer's requests were as follows: 1. Make it easier to insert angular, thick products. 2. Showcase the thickness of the product effectively. 3. Improve the fit between the product and the bag, enhance the first impression, and increase the product's value. To fulfill these requests, we added a gusset at the top, which gives the bag a three-dimensional feel and allows for accommodating angular, thick items while maintaining the shape of the product. With this approach, we were able to propose a bag that meets the customer's requirements. Bags like this can also be used for clothing, ensuring that the clothes fit snugly in the bag while maintaining a beautiful three-dimensional appearance even when inserted.
