[Case Study] Reduction of Disposal Costs for Aluminum Coated Film

50% reduction in disposal costs! A cost reduction case that achieved a 70% reduction in emissions and disposal costs.

Aluminum vapor-deposited film used for food packaging and lithium-ion battery packaging. We would like to introduce a cost reduction case from a manufacturing company that has a manufacturing process. The company faced the challenge of wanting to choose a disposal method that is cheaper and has a lower environmental impact. Therefore, we proposed methods for recycling through solid fuel production (RPF) and material recycling through aluminum refining, depending on the aluminum content. As a result, they were able to reduce disposal costs by 50% compared to incineration disposal, and by partially converting to valuable materials, they achieved a 70% reduction in emissions and disposal costs. [Case Study] ■ Target Customer: Aluminum vapor-deposited film manufacturing company ■ Challenge: To choose a disposal method that is cheaper and has a lower environmental impact ■ Effects - 50% reduction in disposal costs compared to incineration - 70% reduction in emissions and disposal costs through partial conversion to valuable materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case study: Reduction of waste through the monetization of waste plastics (PP, PS, PE) balls.

Reduction of disposal costs by approximately 2 million yen per year! Introduction of a case where we proposed the valuable purchase of plastic cardboard!

During the changeover in injection molding processes, plastic waste known as "puradango" is generated. We would like to introduce a case study on waste and cost reduction in the plastic molding industry. The company faced the challenge of wanting to reduce the waste costs associated with puradango generated during injection molding. In response, we proposed the purchase of puradango as a valuable material. Puradango can be processed through crushing and melting to create re-pellets. As a result, the monetization of puradango allowed for a 100% reduction in waste plastic disposal costs. [Case Study] ■ Target Customer: Plastic molding companies that generate puradango during changeovers in injection molding processes. ■ Challenge: To reduce the waste costs associated with puradango generated during injection molding. ■ Effects: - 100% reduction in waste plastic disposal costs through the monetization of puradango. - For a customer generating 4 tons/month: approximately 2 million yen/year reduction in disposal costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Efforts to utilize food waste

Aiming for the realization of a sustainable society! Cascade utilization of food waste.

We would like to introduce our company's initiatives for utilizing food waste. We are advancing the creation of a cascade utilization system for food waste generated during the food manufacturing process, such as raw material residues and expired products. In collaboration with food-related businesses and the agricultural sector that are addressing the same challenges, we aim to contribute to CO2 reduction in local communities through biogas power generation and to build a circular value chain by revitalizing the use of feed and fertilizers derived from food waste in agriculture, striving for a sustainable society. [Four Initiatives] ■ Increase in electricity derived from renewable energy through biogas power generation ■ Expansion of feed utilization of food waste to improve feed self-sufficiency ■ Promotion of environmentally friendly agriculture utilizing unused biomass resources ■ Establishment of a circular value chain through the construction of a recycling loop *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Creating New Metal Recycling: Initiatives for a Circular Economy

A project to eliminate waste, circulate resources, reduce environmental impact, and regenerate.

We would like to introduce the initiatives of Nosue Shoten Co., Ltd. regarding the circular economy. Advanced analytical technology that minimizes waste and produces recyclable materials. We can identify up to 14 types of metals other than copper. Additionally, we compile the value of scrap metals into an "analysis report" and provide it to our customers, striving for quality improvement through the data accumulated within the company. Our recycling process contributes to CO2 reduction during the manufacturing stage of metal products such as iron and copper, which require a large amount of energy for virgin material production, through the re-resource utilization of these metals. [Our Initiatives] ■ Advanced technology that minimizes waste and produces recyclable materials ■ "Horizontal recycling" that transforms recycled materials into quality that is infinitely higher than the original materials, utilizing our technological capabilities ■ Factory facilities that use renewable energy for recycling, reducing CO2 emissions, aiming for the realization of a circular economy and carbon neutrality *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
