Oak Corporation - Test Technology 'Rebec' - Technology Introduction

Revolution in advanced support force management! We will eliminate anxiety in Hangzhou!

"Rebec" is a testing technology used to measure the performance of the foundation soil at the tip of foundation piles during construction. The design of foundation piles is based on the premise of reaching a supporting layer, such as "penetrating ○○m into a supporting layer with an N value of ○○ or higher." However, until now, there has been no definitive method for confirming the reach to the supporting layer. With Rebec, a standard penetration test is conducted at the tip of the pile. The standard penetration test has become an international standard for evaluating soil performance, and its reliability is unquestionable. [Features] ■ Implementation of standard penetration tests ■ Testing can be conducted in various cases ■ Settlement can be monitored via a control panel ■ A variety of testing machine variations *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Vibration Switch (Vibration Monitoring) VM-90A (Manufactured by IMV)

You can continuously monitor the vibration of rotating machinery with Roast!

The vibration switch VM-90A is designed to continuously monitor vibrations for safety confirmation during the operation of various rotating devices such as turbines and blowers, to detect abnormal operations, to identify deterioration phenomena, and for early maintenance. It detects vibrations from turbines and blowers using a pickup and outputs a current signal proportional to the magnitude of that signal from the converter body. Additionally, it compares the signal level with a pre-set alarm value; if the signal level exceeds the set value and the delay time for alarm operation has passed, the alarm relay will activate. Despite its compact size, the VM-90A allows for the selection of vibration measurements in terms of acceleration, velocity, and displacement.

EVERFINE Surge Tester EMS61000-5A

- EVERFINE, a company with a global share! (Is Japan the only one that doesn't know about it!?) - Compliant with IEC61000-4-5 - Compact, high performance, low price

The EMS61000-5A is a surge testing machine proudly offered by the Chinese company EVERFINE, which has a global market share. It is capable of conducting lightning surge tests required for electronic devices (in compliance with IEC 61000-4-5 standards) with high precision. With optimal specifications that can adequately handle the maximum test levels of the standards (maximum output voltage of 7kV and maximum output current of 3.5kA), this compact and low-cost product lowers the barriers to introducing testing machines. The included control software (EmcSuite) allows for flexible customization of measurement conditions via PC control, and the standard waveform observation terminals enable the output of test waveforms. Users who have been forced to rely on external organizations for measurements due to the high barriers of traditional over-spec, large, and high-priced testing machines can now easily introduce this product, leading to significant improvements in evaluation time and measurement effort, ultimately resulting in substantial cost benefits.
