Construction report on "Eco-Mulch Film" at Kyoto University National University Corporation.

Because the room was very hot, we installed mirror-type heat-insulating film in the laboratory.

This is a report on the installation of Eco-Mulfilm at the National University Corporation Kyoto University, in the Comprehensive Research Building No. 3 and the former Petrochemical Main Building. The renovation of the building's fixtures has been completed, and the glass and frames are relatively new, with a grid design for the windows. As a result, the dimensions of each glass pane are small, and the film was applied in small sections. The room was very hot, so a mirror-type heat-shielding film was installed in the laboratory. This document includes "installation scenes," "post-installation scenes," and "temperature sensation measurements (during measurement)." [Installation Results] ■ The heat-shielding effect after installation was high, to the point that a stall was necessary even during normal air conditioning. * The installation report can be viewed via the "PDF Download" link below.
