Wireless LAN video receiver

Quickly deployable as a waterproof portable system for in-vehicle, outdoor, site monitoring, and disaster prevention monitoring, it receives clear images, audio, and measurement values via wireless LAN.

The surveillance camera: CHPT-S10, which is transmitted by our wireless LAN transmitter: MULT-S10H, receives video signals input in NTSC format, as well as measurement values from connected sensors, at a distance of approximately 100 meters. By connecting a display controller to the receiver: MULR-S10, you can confirm the video and send operation signals to control the camera, drive unit (pan-tilt head), and equipment. Data is communicated and processed with a computer via RS232C or wireless LAN from the receiver. By selecting a high-gain antenna, long-distance transmission of over 1000 meters is also possible.

Case Studies of Network RTK Utilization: Surveying Operations

Introducing examples of the use of "network-type RTK" in the field of survey operations.

This document introduces case studies in the field of survey operations utilizing a unique technology (JENOBA method) that employs real-time data from electronic reference points, known as "network RTK." It includes comparisons and verifications of "network RTK and DGPS (beacon)" in "depth measurement surveys," as well as applications in "subsea geological surveys" and "information box facility surveys." It demonstrates that measurements can be taken even within bays and that they can be easily conducted by a single person. 【Published Case Studies】 ■ Expanding use of network RTK! Various accuracy verifications and case studies (Apeo Giken Co., Ltd.) ■ Case study of network RTK application in volume measurement (Tochigi Prefecture Land Compensation Consultant Co., Ltd.) ■ Implementation example of subsea geological surveys using network RTK (Fukken Survey Design Co., Ltd.) ■ Network RTK observations in information box facility surveys (Eiko Technical Consultant Co., Ltd.) ■ Evaluation of urban reference points using network RTK (Nippo Co., Ltd.) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Case Study Collection of Network RTK Utilization "Static"

Introducing use cases of "network-type RTK" in the static field.

This document introduces case studies in the static field of "network-type RTK" that employs a unique technology (JENOBA method) utilizing real-time data from electronic reference points. It includes practical verification of network-type static applications in "re-surveying of cadastral triangulation points" and "installation of reference points in areas at risk of sediment disasters." It has been demonstrated that it can operate effectively even in unfavorable observation environments, freeing from on-site processing such as antenna towers and eccentric observations. 【Published Cases】 ■ Case study on the practical verification of network-type static in relation to the re-surveying of cadastral triangulation points (Seiwa Technology Co., Ltd.) ■ Case study on the use of network-type static associated with the installation of reference points in areas at risk of sediment disasters (Fuji Development Consultant Co., Ltd.) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

[Example] Centerline and longitudinal survey of high-voltage transmission lines

Introducing the use of network-type RTK in the centerline and longitudinal surveying of high-voltage transmission lines.

We would like to introduce a case study by Haidex Co., Ltd. and Mr. Wajima on the "centerline and longitudinal survey of high-voltage transmission lines" utilizing network RTK. In this case, due to the challenging mountainous terrain during the snowfall season, we primarily used network RTK, and in locations where mobile phone communication was not possible or where satellite data was difficult to capture, we also employed a total station. Furthermore, the network RTK was used to conduct multiple sets of observations through single-point observation methods, adopting the average value with a horizontal limit of 2 cm between sets. The observation work was carried out relatively smoothly. Additionally, due to the conditions of snow accumulation and mountainous areas, the fieldwork that would typically take about 10 person-days (2 people × 5 days) when using only a total station was completed in about half the time. 【Solution】 - Utilized network RTK for the centerline and longitudinal survey of approximately 20 km of high-voltage transmission lines. - Combined network RTK as the main method with the use of a total station. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example] Public Sewer Project Plan

Utilizing network-type RTK in the public sewer project plan!

We would like to introduce a case study utilizing network-type RTK in the "Public Sewerage Project Plan" by Teikoku Construction Consultant Co., Ltd. In this project, the elevation of road intersections was a crucial keyword, so several benchmark points were established within the area using third-class leveling. Each day, the existing benchmark points were used as starting and closing points in the morning and afternoon, respectively, to adjust the average differences to the network-type RTK observation values. This ensured the necessary accuracy for the project and allowed for the determination of appropriate elevations. Additionally, since the terrain gradient within the area is important for the overall sewerage project plan, the company conducts three-dimensional measurements using network-type RTK at all road intersection centers, gradient change points, and planar change points, and reflects the results in the sewer pipe planning. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Example] Topographic Survey and Benchmark Survey along the Coastline

Achieve low costs with short-term work! Utilize network-based RTK method!

The limited company Kindai Surveying will introduce a case study utilizing network-type RTK in "topographic surveying and benchmark surveying along the coastline." In this topographic and benchmark surveying along the coast, it was necessary to establish benchmarks both inside the levee and on the seaside. Due to the height of the breakwater, visibility was impossible with a total station, so we utilized the network-type RTK method. Particularly in coastal areas, the overhead visibility was good, allowing for observations without much concern for satellite conditions. 【Scope of Work】 ■ Topographic Surveying and Benchmark Surveying - 18 benchmark points, area of 2.0 ha, length of 1.2 km *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example] Third-class benchmark survey using simultaneous observation method with two network-type RTKs.

Simultaneous observation with two devices using network RTK! Observation completed in just one and a half days!

We would like to introduce a case study conducted by Shinsoku Giken Co., Ltd. on "3rd Class Benchmark Survey using Network RTK with Simultaneous Observation of Two Units." From the new points of 55, it would typically require 10 receivers and 4 personnel over 4 days for static observation. In this case, due to difficulties in arranging equipment and personnel, we conducted simultaneous observation with two units using Network RTK with the cooperation of Sokkia Co., Ltd. 【Site Overview】 ■ Number of Points - Reference Points: 7 - New Points: 55 ■ Dates - 2 days - 17th (8:54 AM - 6:11 PM) *Number of observation vectors: 53 - 18th (9:05 AM - 2:25 PM) *Number of observation vectors: 30 ■ Equipment: 2 sets of Network RTK ■ Personnel: 2 people *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example] National Route Kilometer Post Marking

Introducing the application of network-type RTK-GPS in national highway kilometer post marking!

We would like to introduce a case where Tohoku Engineering Co., Ltd. applied network-type RTK-GPS in "National Route Kilometer Post Positioning." In this case, a reference point was established at the 1-kilometer post of National Route 45 in 2006, and a PAS compatible with network-type RTK-GPS was introduced for the work of assigning coordinates. The company was looking for a machine that could obtain coordinates directly and accurately, as pulling coordinates from traditional public coordinate triangulation points or electronic reference points using TS would result in a massive workload. As a result, by resetting the multipath concerns with GPS surveying each time to achieve FIX, the influence of multipath could be confirmed, allowing for observations to be conducted with peace of mind. 【Benefits and Effects】 ■ The accuracy was almost the same as the results obtained from static observations, and there were no issues in achieving results. ■ It was possible to reduce work time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
