Utilizing network-type RTK in the public sewer project plan!
We would like to introduce a case study utilizing network-type RTK in the "Public Sewerage Project Plan" by Teikoku Construction Consultant Co., Ltd. In this project, the elevation of road intersections was a crucial keyword, so several benchmark points were established within the area using third-class leveling. Each day, the existing benchmark points were used as starting and closing points in the morning and afternoon, respectively, to adjust the average differences to the network-type RTK observation values. This ensured the necessary accuracy for the project and allowed for the determination of appropriate elevations. Additionally, since the terrain gradient within the area is important for the overall sewerage project plan, the company conducts three-dimensional measurements using network-type RTK at all road intersection centers, gradient change points, and planar change points, and reflects the results in the sewer pipe planning. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
