We would like to introduce a case where the compost-type food waste processor 'NGS-30', handled by From System Direct Co., Ltd., was introduced to a certain elementary school in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Initially, they were using a food waste processor from a different manufacturer, but through a bidding process, they were able to utilize the NGS-30, which is energy-efficient and eliminates concerns about odors and pests. As a result, they are satisfied with the ability to dispose of food waste at any time—morning, noon, or night—using a unique dual method that combines the advantages of a high bio-type with an 85% reduction rate and an easy-to-handle drying type, allowing for efficient processing. The finished compost can be easily removed with one hand from the tank and is used as fertilizer in the school flower beds or distributed to interested parties on observation days. The ECO DELETER, a type of waste disposal machine, decomposes organic waste into water and carbon dioxide using the power of microorganisms, leaving no organic waste after processing (it disappears), which is its main feature, eliminating any costs associated with organic waste disposal. The decomposed liquid can be directly discharged into the sewage system or flow into an existing purification tank. *It can also be used as liquid fertilizer. 【Features】 ■ By using porous eco-balls made of ceramic for the microbial bed: - Compared to sawdust and wood chips, it has less wear and is less likely to mix into the drainage. - Being completely inorganic, it has little impact on the concentration of SS (suspended solids) and BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) in the drainage. ■ By installing a drainage storage device (drain unit, patented) next to the organic waste processor, it allows for adjustments to the water level inside the machine: - It decomposes waste in a balanced manner using aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms without flushing solid matter. - It is possible to settle undigested solid matter from organic waste and only discharge the supernatant liquid. - Compared to direct discharge, it reduces SS by about 90% and BOD by about 80% in the drainage.
