We would like to introduce an example where the installation of the "Sanki-kan Aqua Blaster" eliminated the need for pressurized flotation in wastewater treatment at a first-class hotel kitchen. Before the installation of this product for treating 100m³ of kitchen wastewater per day, treatment was conducted using a pressurized flotation device, but issues arose such as "high costs for sludge treatment." To solve this problem, we installed the "AS type" in the tank and introduced bio, which eliminated the need for the pressurized flotation device. When drying sludge generated from community wastewater treatment facilities in a drum to produce compost pellets, mainly ammonia-based exhaust gases are generated. It is cleaned using one unit of Deolizer DR-2W (made of PVC) and a dilute sulfuric acid drip system. While maintaining a pH close to neutral, it maintains performance with ammonia gas concentration reduced from 100 ppm to below 1 ppm.

There was a challenge to reliably capture odor substances such as ammonia containing resin, aiming to improve the working environment and prevent pollution. After the installation of the scrubber deodorizer, the working environment was significantly improved, and the diffusion of odors to neighboring areas was sufficiently suppressed, leading to additional orders for scrubber deodorizers even in the existing casting line. Customers have commented that the removal is "almost too much," but since it mostly consists of inorganic soot, it is undeniable that there will be work involved in removing it. We have established a maintenance system in Thailand to address this.

We would like to introduce a technical case of installing the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" at a certain business hotel in Saitama Prefecture. The hotel's plumbing consists of heat-resistant PVC lined pipes, and the hot water storage tank is made of steel with anti-rust paint. However, since it has been 17 years since its construction, repainting the anti-rust coating would require the hotel to close temporarily. In this case, we installed the device on the return pipe of the circulating water to the hot water storage tank and conducted the installation while the hotel was in normal operation to verify whether corrosion prevention could be achieved. There are two comparison devices for the internal pipe inspection; one utilizes a polarizer, while the other does not. A comparative inspection was conducted under conditions where the polarizer was not used. One polarizer model "PI-50F (2”)” was installed on the discharge side of the supply header for cold and hot water, with partial circulation treatment performed using the polarizer. After treatment, it was evident that old scale and rust had dissolved and flowed out, forming a magnetite anti-corrosion coating inside the pipe, which appeared smoother and had a dark brown color compared to the untreated side. The untreated side showed signs of corrosion and scale adhesion. Cooling Water (Chiller Water) Molding Machine Mold Case Study [Magnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 2]

Tests were conducted in the cooling passages of plastic molds with the aim of removing blockages caused by rust and scale using a polarizer, thereby restoring cooling effectiveness. Additionally, we confirmed whether the removal of red rust from the cooling passages and its reduction to black rust (magnetite) would lead to the formation of an anti-corrosion coating. As a result, when the rust that had dissolved into the water tank was collected and a magnet was applied, the rust was attracted to the magnet, indicating that it had transformed into magnetite.
