We spoke with Kunimoto Industrial Co., Ltd. about the purpose and effects of introducing solar power generation and battery storage systems at their Hamakita factory. The systems were implemented with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions during normal times, improving business continuity during power outages, and striving to support the local community during emergencies or disasters.
