Shortening construction time and solving the shortage of skilled workers with the CK flare piping system!
<Flare Machine>
In recent years, due to the inability to use fire on-site and the goal of shortening construction periods, pipes and fittings are processed and assembled in factories, with flanges welded to both ends of the processed pipes brought to the site. At the site, the prefabricated method, which only requires the installation of processed pipes, has become mainstream. The flare machine processes the ends of the pipes with a flare and connects them using loose flanges, eliminating the need for welding flanges. By using the flare machine, "cost reduction," "shortened delivery times," and "quality improvement" of processed pipes can be achieved.
<Flare Fitting>
A flare fitting is a welding-free fitting with a flare processed elbow.
<W Flange>
With fewer bolts than a standard loose flange, the bolts, nuts, and gaskets are preset (attached), which shortens construction time. It has obtained NETIS certification.
<Flare Drum>
Around valves and strainers, flare drums with flanges welded on both sides of short pipes are commonly used. With a flare drum, the loose flange makes bolt alignment easier, thus reducing construction time.
<Flare Lap>
Using a flare lap allows for loose flange connections, making installation work on-site easier. It shortens welding time compared to welding flanges.
