Are you complying with the regulations regarding magnetic fields (Electrical Engineering)? 3D magnetic field measuring instrument.

Currently on sale: The regulatory values for magnetic fields are established by the ministerial ordinance that sets technical standards for electrical equipment.

The 3D magnetic field measurement device 'TMM-3' is a portable measuring instrument that can measure the magnetic flux density of magnetic fields generated by power equipment and other sources. Exposure of the human body to electromagnetic fields is regulated by guidelines proposed by ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) and domestically by the "Ministerial Ordinance on Technical Standards for Electrical Equipment" (Denki). This ordinance stipulates that the magnetic field generated by power equipment must be kept below 200μT. Additionally, the ordinance specifies the method for measuring magnetic fields, requiring the use of measuring instruments that comply with JIS standards. This measuring device conforms to JIS and is suitable for magnetic field measurements in accordance with the law. Having started selling magnetic field measuring devices over 30 years ago, it has been used by various customers including power companies, research institutions, universities, and electrical construction companies. 【Features】 ■ New JIS compliant product [JIS C 1910-1:2017] ■ High accuracy of ±2% (50Hz, 60Hz) ■ Simultaneous display of magnetic field measurement values for each axis (X, Y, Z) and the composite value ■ Convenient hold function for reading measurement values ■ In-house calibration testing based on JIS standards is possible Inquiries can also be made from the company website. [Reference Example] Measurement of piping within large plants and creation of piping drawings.

Introducing examples that enable rapid and easy visualization of cross-sections from various directions and positions!

We would like to introduce a case where piping drawings were created, including site layout, support frames, and towers. Due to the lack of existing drawings for the maintenance and preservation of piping within a large plant, there was a request to create current piping drawings based on 3D laser measurement data. Using point cloud data obtained from 3D laser measurements of the piping within the large plant, we were able to create a 3D model and produce current piping drawings. 【Benefits】 ■ Floor plans, cross-sectional views, and isometric drawings can be created based on measurement data. ■ Drawings of the current state, which did not exist before, can be utilized by relevant parties. ■ Current 3D CAD data can be used for design considerations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
